One of the best things about gifting Mateus is the incredible variety of colors.
And as promised, here is my go-to summer drink that I love serving as a punch. This strawberry and lemon punch is perfect when you want something fresh, fruity, and easy to make for a crowd.
Ingredients
600 ml strawberry juice
1 liter sparkling water, plain or flavored
2 lemons, sliced
10 fresh strawberries, halved
Fresh lemon balm for garnish
120 ml vodka, gin, or rum, optional
Plenty of ice
How to make it
Pour the strawberry juice and sparkling water into a large pitcher or bowl.
Add the lemon slices, halved strawberries, and plenty of ice.
Stir gently to combine.
Add alcohol if using.
Serve chilled in Ripple long drink glasses and garnish with fresh lemon balm.
